As an solopreneur herself, Carrie Downey took her own business from functional to efficient with automated systems in a brief timeframe. Her professionalism and knowledge for what it takes to operate a reputable business is what's helped her grow a thriving business. But it's her growth mindset that has her continually seeking improvement not only for her own business but for her clients who desire to improve their operations.
Her training and 10-year career as a mental health therapist prior to opening Clarity Co. helps clients discover behavioral patterns, emotional obstacles and time management struggles that are contributing to their disorganization. The non-judgmental environment she creates in her sessions allows her clients to feel safe in exploring where there’s room for improvement while also celebrating their strengths to evolve in the workplace.
Carrie holds a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) and a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW). Her professional status with the National Assoc. of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) has further advanced her training in the area of productivity and organization.
